Payments are due at the end of the session via bank transfer, Payconiq or cash.
If the session is canceled within 24 hours, you can either choose alternative dates. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No, you don't need to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and body types. Yoga adapts to you. Regular practice can help improve flexibility over time.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for freedom of movement, such as yoga pants or leggings and a breathable top. Avoid clothing that is too loose or restrictive.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We provide yoga mats for all students, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.Β
How often should I practice yoga?
The frequency of your yoga practice depends on your personal goals and schedule. Aim for at least 2-3 sessions per week to experience noticeable benefits, but even practicing once a week can be beneficial.
